Our group fitness classes will challenge and improve your strength and cardio fitness. Our studio has a secure kid’s play area within the studio (*unsupervised but within view while training).
Whether your goals are to lose weight, tone up, increase fitness and strength or all of the above… whilst having fun, our women’s functional training will help you reap the benefits.
Empowered Women’s Strength Fitness sessions suit all individual fitness levels. They can be modified to suit your capability and provide a foundation to achieve your personal and fitness goals—all within a friendly and fun environment.
My name is Tralee. I am the owner of Empowered Women’s Strength Fitness. Over the last eight years, I have helped hundreds of women achieve their fitness goals. I take pride in and love helping women to get active and focused. I have discovered that regardless of your journey or fitness level in improving your health, everyone has a starting and end point. I empower you to start and commit to the journey ahead to achieve your desired outcomes.
