8 week nutrition & fitness challenge

We don’t just want to change your life for eight weeks, we want to change your life forever. We want to EDUCATE and IMPOWER you to be able to make your own fitness and nutrition choices, and GET RESULTS.

We use a state of the art body scanning machine called The Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyzer to accurately measure and determine your body composition.

Introducing Intelligent Body Scanning that is simple-to-use (60-second scan) that provides detailed data about your body through more than 40 different measurements. 

It determines the difference between muscle mass, fat mass, water and mineral — a measurement far beyond the one-size-fits-all generic BMI.

What you will receive in the challenge:

  • Unlimited training
  • 2 x Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyzer scans at week 1 and week 8 with report (which will be used to measure and determine body composition results and make adjustments if needed) 
  • Weekly Monday check ins to keep you accountable and motivated (each week, you’ll send your measurements to track results weekly)
  • Before and after pictures (optional)
  • Personalised macros for you to reach your goals 
  • 8 Week Nutrition Program including food planning tips, meal suggestions and recipes, and shopping lists 
  • A great support network and access to a private Facebook group to share recipes, thoughts, results and much more
  • Ongoing trainer support and accountability

Cost:

  • Existing Members on Unlimited Plan: $140 registration fee plus your usual Unlimited Weekly Membership (if you’re on a 2 class membership, you’ll need to upgrade your membership to get unlimited classes if you want more than 2 classes p/w) 
  • Non-members: $140 registration plus eight weekly payments of $55 per week

Competition T&Cs

The results will be determined using the Evolt 360 scan report, using the following metrics:

  • TOTAL FAT MASS (reduction)
  • VISCERAL FAT MASS (reduction)
  • SKELETAL MUSCLE MASS (you must maintain or increase muscle mass)
